I can’t access online banking. What’s wrong?
Here’s a few tips to help troubleshoot the problem and get you back on track:
- Make sure your internet browser is updated to the newest version. Whether you use Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox or any other browser, the newest version will give you the best online banking experience and the highest level of security. If you have a really old version, online banking may not work with your browser.
- Make sure cookies are enabled on your browser. Your browser’s help section will include instructions on how to do this.
- Make sure JavaScript is enabled on your browser. As with cookies, your browser’s help section will have instructions on how to do this. JavaScript makes certain functions within online banking possible – the print button, for example.
If you’ve checked these things and you’re still not having any luck, contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot what’s preventing online banking from working for you.
